Great location for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby. the hotel had wonderful views from the upper floors, especially the rooms overlooking the city. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the room was surprisingly quiet despite being centrally located.

The service was below par, with slow laundry service and an unexpected charge for a late checkout. the lack of a restaurant in the hotel was also a downside, although there were enough dining options in the area to compensate for this.

We loved the 24/7 snack bar with a wide range of products and the super clean rooms with an espresso machine. The gym was excellent, and the shopping stores nearby were helpful for us. we recommend this hotel.

The James Rotterdam exceeded our expectations with its amazing location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, and a cozy 24-hour food mart/lounge on the 2nd floor with a broad selection of reasonably priced products. The espresso machine and good shower pressure were also nice touches. The clean and tidy room offered a great view of the multi-story car park across the street.

This hotel had amazing views of the city from our room on the 13th floor, and it's located in the center of Rotterdam with lots of restaurants in the area. The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast had a few unique advantages that we enjoyed, such as the Food Market breakfast arrangement.
