Very spacious double room. comfortable, stylish, and quiet.

the location is super convinent, just a short walk to the metro and city center. the room was really spacious and had huge windows letting in a lot of light. the staff were super nice and helped me with early check-in. i loved the chill lounge area and the self-serve shop had a decent selection for snacks. it’s cozy and feels kinda homey.

my stay was less than spectacular. the shower had a gap causing floods, and i had to mop the floor myself—absolutely not what i expected. no complimentary breakfast options, either, which makes it feel unwelcoming. frankly, i can’t believe i wasn't upgraded after all that inconvenience. i almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t.

Make use of the 24/7 market stall for snacks and drinks. it's convenient and has a variety of options to satisfy late-night cravings.

Noise levels from outside can be disruptive at night!!! Room design flaws, especially lacking sufficient storage!!! Long wait times for elevators can test your patience!!! Some issues with air conditioning not functioning properly!!!

The location is fantastic, with easy access to shops and metro stations. The staff were friendly, and the self-service bistro offered a nice variety of snacks and beverages.

The check-in process took me 20 minutes due to slow service and limited computers. Also, air conditioning issues made the room less comfortable than expected.

the room I stayed in had no windows to open, so it got stuffy, and the air con barely worked. Woudl ve been nice to have a proper shower too, not one that overflowed onto the floor. honestly, I expected a complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience but clearly, that's too much to ask. almost left a good review, but couldn't.

Had a lovely stay with a modern, stylish room and super comfortable bed. The rain shower was a real treat, but the lobby looked much smaller than in the photos. I'd return!
