The Christmas decorations were beautiful and helped to create a festive atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The location was perfect for our winter getaway as it was close to popular winter activities such as skiing and snowshoeing. The on-site spa was a great way to relax and unwind after a day out in the cold.

Our overall experience was marred by a few negative aspects. The rooms were cramped and dated, with minimal ventilation and no proper place to store our winter gear. The food was mediocre at best, with limited options for vegetarians. The hotel lacked any real amenities, making it difficult to find things to do during downtime. while the hotel had its positives, it ultimately fell short of our expectations.
