I had an exceptional eco experience at a breathtaking property overlooking the sea and Menjangan island. The wildlife roaming the grounds was amazing, and the infinity pool had stunning views. The focus on conservation and preservation throughout the resort was impressive. The breakfast was delicious, and the service from all the staff was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful and eco-friendly retreat.

The food could be improved with a more varied menu and better tasting options. Additionally, the road leading to the hotel and the walking paths inside the resort need better maintenance.

The road leading to the resort from the main road is in need of repair and could be potentially damaging to vehicles.

This hotel was a luxurious retreat for us. the exclusive amenities were remarkable, fulfilled our needs from Spa & wellness centre to the infinity pool and beach access. the outdoor swimming pool was well-maintained, and the sun terrace with beach umbrellas and a garden area was breathtaking. Our room had exclusive advantages, and the restaurant with halal food and bar/lounge area were impressive. there was a picnic area/ tables and snack bar with private facilities. the location advantages of the hotel also added more charm to it.

the massage service at the Spa centre was expensive and not up to the mark.

The serene location of this resort made it an ideal place for a relaxing business trip. the beautiful natural surroundings and wildlife were a true highlight. the food was always delicious, with local flavors and fresh ingredients adding an extra bit of charm. I also appreciate the water sports equipment offered on-site, which allowed me to fully enjoy the crystal-clear water.

The lack of knowledge and effort to protect the nearby nature and wildlife was concerning. the cost of some meals and services felt overpriced for what was offered.

We had an amazing time at Plataran! the villas were beautiful, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and taken care of. the location within the West Bali National Park was breathtaking, with a serene atmosphere and free-roaming wildlife. Sitting by the infinity pool, we were able to watch wild deer and monkeys. It was truly a magical experience. We also appreciated the resort's commitment to ecological initiatives such as tree planting and breeding endangered species. We highly recommend Plataran to anyone looking for a retreat in a stunning natural setting.
