Everything about this hotel was amazing, from the personal attention to the excellent staff. The family-friendly atmosphere made us feel welcome and our two-year-old was delighted with the toys and candy he received. The Royal Suite, which we were upgraded to, provided extra space and facilities that were perfect for our family. The hotel also offers a convenient valet parking service and the option to order food from recommended restaurants. The rooms themselves are like luxury apartments with beautiful furnishings, a balcony overlooking the canal, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Multiple large smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi added to the comfort and convenience of our stay.

I had an unforgettable experience at Luxury Suites. The moment I arrived, I was surprised with a complimentary bottle of Moet and Chandon champagne. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were warm and available throughout my stay. I was upgraded to the Royal Suite, which was spacious and beautifully designed. The view over the canal was stunning, and I enjoyed watching the boats pass by. The room had a kitchen and two queen beds, both with TVs. The bathroom was well-appointed with luxurious amenities. The staff even ordered a taxi for me and provided a delicious coffee to go when I had to check out early. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, excellent service, and unique experiences.

We arrived exhausted from our flight and were pleasantly surprised when our room was ready early. The Royal Luxury suite was enormous with a stunning view of the canal. The room was immaculately clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a safe and a hair dryer. The king size bed was comfortable and spacious. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the main attractions. The hotel even went the extra mile by putting balloons in our room for my husband's birthday. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing service and attention to detail.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, making sure to greet us upon our arrival. They were attentive to our needs and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently situated near all the main attractions and landmarks in the city. We were able to easily walk to most places and even used taxis or Ubers for destinations further out. Another aspect we enjoyed was the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. They were well-maintained and provided a comfortable and relaxing environment during our stay.

They made us feel very welcome and attended to all our needs. The hotel is located in a quiet street, yet still very close to popular attractions and public transportation. Our suite was beautiful and offered a stunning view of the garden. The breakfast spread was small but lovely, and we appreciated being able to order made-to-order eggs and fresh pancakes. the stay was pleasant and we highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfectly convenient, as it was close to all the interesting tourist sites and even near the red-light district. I stayed in the Imperial Suite, which had a breathtaking view overlooking the canal. The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided excellent service.

We had a lovely romantic getaway in a luxurious hotel located in a prime spot in Amsterdam. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff who offered us complimentary drinks and chocolates. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the deep bathtub and walk-in shower. the view of the canal from our window was breathtaking with boats passing by all day.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the eggs benedict were overcooked and the English breakfast was a bit cold. the selection of pastries was limited to croissants, and the buffet was small.

The location of the hotel is perfect for relaxation, with a stunning view of the canal. The rooms are well ventilated and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy ambiance to enjoy a glass of wine. The down duvets are luxurious and ensure a comfortable sleep. The staff, especially Peter the concierge, go above and beyond to cater to your needs.

As young holiday goers, we loved the central yet quiet location, just minutes away from the mooring point for private canal trips. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing recommendations, organizing tours and taxis, and making restaurant reservations. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family of four. There were even rooms with two king beds available. The hotel had easy access to restaurants and supermarkets, making it convenient for dining options. we had a great experience.
