I recently stayed at the Mainport Hotel in Rotterdam for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and responsive to any needs I had during my stay. The facilities were exceptionally clean, and I loved the fact that my room had a jacuzzi and sauna, adding an extra touch of luxury. The view of the harbour from my room was breathtaking, and I also appreciated the ice dispenser located conveniently in the hallway. a modern hotel with tasteful decor and excellent amenities.

design exceeded our expectations during our exploring trip in rotterdam. the spacious rooms and indulgent wellness areas, including a sauna and jacuzzi tub, made our stay feel luxurious. the stunning views of luevenhaven and the swan bridge added to the overall experience. highly recommended for a cool, five star rotterdam experience.

spa reservation mishap

Amazing views of the city and Maas river from the sauna. We enjoyed the spa facilities and the service was great. The hotel room was lovely and the breakfast was really good. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

As young people, we absolutely loved the extraordinary view from our room and the super comfy bed. The bathroom with the amazing bath tub was a great addition. The breakfast was fresh and super delicious. The location was very convenient, close to central station, restaurants, and sights.

Felt like being home, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel's design is impressive, with modern and tasteful decorations throughout. I was pleased with the size of the room, which had a nice view. the spa area was also a highlight, offering a relaxing retreat. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the metro and tram. the staff at the front office were young and energetic, providing a positive experience overall. One unique feature was the television in the bathroom mirror, which I found to be a nice touch.

I got great value for my money at the Mainport Design Hotel, especially during low season. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and amazing views from the Waterfront Spa room. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant.

The breakfast could have been improved with clearer signage, especially for the different yogurt options and the "warm" station. It would have been helpful if there was someone available at the station to take orders.

The room had an amazing view of the harbor and was very spacious. the bathroom was luxurious with a whirlpool and a private sauna, which was a fantastic amenity to have. I also appreciated the extra touch of eucalyptus oils provided for the sauna. Breakfast was well-prepared with a good selection of items, and the option to have eggs cooked on the spot was a bonus. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to everything within walking distance.

The room could have been better maintained, with marks on the walls and floors that needed attention. the windows could have been cleaner.

the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and massage that left us feeling pampered and rejuvenated. the heated swimming pool had comfortable sun loungers and the Jacuzzi was spacious. the Restaurant buffet was tasty with a catering service that was impressive. the location was ideal as it was within walking distance to many attractions in the city.

Our only minor issue was that the coffee and in-room breakfast were not complimentary. this did not deter from our overall positive experience.

As a solo traveler, I loved the database bath salt and eucalyptus oil for the sauna. The huge and extremely comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The room was wonderfully dark, allowing me to sleep in and the 12.00 check-out time was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for dining out and taking a walk.

Felt most welcome, no complaints at all.
