I recently stayed at a hotel with a sea view on Terceira island. The hotel, Do Caracol, had a general style that was beautiful and relaxing. One of the highlights was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Parking was easy outside the hotel, making it convenient for guests. The location was perfect for exploring the island and also for going to Angra for a nice dinner. The hotel had three great swimming options - an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and the ocean. The rooms with ocean view facing East were particularly nice as they stayed cool and offered shade on the balcony in the afternoon. it was a fantastic experience.

As a light sleeper, I was pleased with the peaceful atmosphere and soundproofing of the hotel. The comfortable bedding ensured a restful night's sleep.

Great location, just a short walk to the town center and with spectacular views of the bay. The comfortable rooms were a plus, and the buffet offered a decent option for a night. The pool area was spacious and there was a 24hr front desk available to solve any queries.
