Grand Mercure Bangalore , An Accor Brand was chosen by my director for a business trip, and it surpassed my expectations in many ways. the poolside upper deck offered the most picturesque view of the azure swimming pool, creating a relaxing ambiance. the staff members, Sushmita and Anirban, were outstanding, providing top, notch service and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my stay. the ensuite rooms were impeccably clean, well, stocked, and aesthetically pleasing. the hotel's location in leafy Koramangala provided lovely views and easy access to various restaurants and cafes nearby.

The last time I visited, I was given a smoking room though I had a confirmation for a non, smoking one.

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the 12th Main Grand Mercure restaurant. The buffet had a variety of protein-rich options and refreshing apple ginger shots. Neha and Tazneel from the staff were courteous, personable, and efficient. We felt well taken care of during our stay. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience.

The outdoor dining area had lovely garden views, and sun loungers were provided for my relaxation. Cons: My only minor issue was the lack of live entertainment.

The breakfast had a great variety and cooked to order eggs were available. the location on a quiet street was perfect as it was close to shopping and restaurants. the room was spacious and had a kitchenette and living area.

The kitchenette in my suite was not well equipped and there was no minibar or safe.
