I recently stayed at a hotel in a convenient location, close to both the business district and the city center. The rooms were clean and functional, with decent-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The front desk supervisor, Ryan, was very helpful and even upgraded our second room so that our two rooms were next to each other. The morning receptionist, a young blond-haired chap, was also very helpful in providing directions and assisting with taxi bookings. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, tram stops, canals, and shopping streets. it was a great experience at the Mercure Hotel Den Haag Central.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious showers and large windows that can be tilted to let in fresh air. The staff are polite and helpful, and small gestures like candies on the bed and writing table make the stay enjoyable. There are also plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby.

The breakfast is not worth the extra cost, as it is basic and overpriced.

Lovely selection at breakfast, good TV choice, spacious rooms, the option of bath or shower, customer-regulated heating. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near the main railway station and Chinatown area. The bigger room we were given was well maintained and even had an ironing board. The breakfast room staff were friendly and gave our son coloring pictures, and the coffee machine and fresh orange juice were appreciated. The variety of nuts at breakfast was great, and the scrambled eggs were delicious. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops.

It was within walking distance of all services, making it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding areas. The staff here were exceptional - they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the variety of amenities provided, such as a mini-fridge, tea-making facilities, and a TV.

Located on a square in front of it, this hotel is ideally situated within easy walking distance from the central station and all the shops and nightlife. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better, and the great breakfast provided a wide variety of options. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the free complimentary drinks in the bar area upon check-in.

The check-in process could be improved to avoid redundancy in providing personal information.

I got great value for my money at Mercure. The room was spacious, modern, and had excellent bathroom facilities. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff were friendly and helpful.
