The reception staff were friendly and efficient, and the housekeeping staff were always smiling. The concierge staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to major sightseeing destinations using the tram across the road. Cocktails and dinner at the Silk Restaurant were delicious.

The concierge at Movenpick was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in navigating the city during our stay. In addition to providing excellent directions, they also sold us tickets for the Van Gogh museum, which was extremely convenient. The room itself was clean and had all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel's location near the ship terminal was perfect for our needs. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.
