The view from the 18th-floor balconies is stunning, offering a front-row seat to watch the ocean and snorkelers below. The two-bedroom suite was spacious with three full bathrooms, perfect for our multi-generational family trip.

Even though the beach was lovely, the rapid slope made it frustrating to lounge without sliding down. The restaurant service was notably slow, and the food quality was below expectations for such a prominent spot—more like bowling alley fare than fine dining. Seeing kids everywhere was fun, but it did make some areas feel crowded and less relaxing. Plus, ordering room service often took an hour, so plan ahead if you're hungry.

Staying at The Reef At Atlantis was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed a lovely Ocean View Suite, which included a kitchenette and provided us with fantastic views of the ocean. The private beach was peaceful and perfect for morning walks, while the facilities were meticulously maintained. Staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, particularly during my time at the pool, ensuring I had everything I needed. Additionally, the quick access to nearby restaurants and shuttles made exploring nearby attractions a breeze.

the location was super convenient. we could easily access the lazy river and plenty of pools and there were also well-kept grounds. the staff was always friendly and ready to help and the room got cleaned promptly each day.

Had a great 3-night stay in a King Studio with Harbor View. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, flat-screen TV, and a lovely balcony. Loved the easy access to the private beach and pools.
