The air conditioning units could use some serious upgrades!!! Room service menu is unbelievably limited, and the maintenance standards are shockingly inconsistent!!! A clearer sign for the front desk would save a lot of confusion!!!

this hotel looked nice but how could an exquisite place like this not serve a proper breakfast? standard scrambled eggs and beans? ridiculous. the air conditioning barely worked. i expected a free room upgrade as compensation for the poor service, but instead, i was treated like any regular guest. almost left a good review, but how could i? !
