The cleanliness throughout the property is impressive and appreciated during my stay. The heating could be improved. it felt a bit cold at times.

My experience was marred by late check-out disturbances. The staff would frequently call to remind us to leave, even when I had confirmed late check-out. Each time, I had to clarify our situation, which disrupted our sleep—a frustrating inconvenience during our stay.

Efficient check-in, comfy beds, bad location

i was almost ready to give this place a good review, but then i remembered the blocked sink in my room and the overpriced breakfast, which is just a rip-off. i also expected complimentary coffee, but they couldn't even get that right! needless to say, not the treatment i expected for my recent stay.

The triple room was clean, large, and comfortable. staff were friendly and helpful too.

Unfortunately, the location is fairly far from the city center and there were limited dining options nearby.

My stay was pleasant, featuring comfy beds and very clean rooms. The best part was the staff—they were lovely and extremely helpful. The location allowed easy access to tram and bus links, with everything in walking distance. Free parking outside was a bonus. I'd certainly recommend it for those on a budget.

The bathrooms are disappointingly small!!! The heating system needs urgent attention since it failed to warm up the room, leaving guests uncomfortable!!! Better soundproofing is essential for a restful stay!!! Parking might be overwhelmed on busy nights!!!

the new west inn is a great choice for budget travelers. it's super clean and has bike rentals right on site. there's a tram stop just a 5-10 minute walk away, which makes getting around easy. the staff were incredibly helpful, always ready with a smile and any assistance needed.
