We really loved staying at this hotel! It was in such a great location that made it easy for us to get to the museums and all of the activities we wanted to do here. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable with all of the amenities we needed such as a large TV and a spacious bathroom. The staff was very polite and accommodating which made our stay even better. We were also delighted with the healthy breakfast selections that were fresh and delicious.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

Had a fantastic Xmas break in a well-located hotel. Complementary champagne upon arrival and a delicious breakfast made our stay extra special. The hotel was located within walking distance to main attractions and had a stunning view from our room.

The hotel was in need of updating in some areas and there was some nearby construction work which caused noise early in the morning. However, overall this did not significantly impact our experience.

The hotel is in a good location just a short walk from the tram stop, making it easy to access the city center. The rooms have large windows with views of the canal, creating a light and airy atmosphere. The staff is helpful and accommodating, providing umbrellas and even upgrading rooms when possible.

Some small details, such as the need for better maintenance in the bathrooms, should be addressed to enhance the overall experience.

Rooms are in need of renovation and show signs of wear and tear. Mold spots and outdated bathroom fixtures in some rooms.

The location was perfect with great views of the Rijksmuseum and close to attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and full-sized bath. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and even booked our return seats for us. There were also fitness facilities and ice-making facilities available.
