For the price we paid, we got great value for our stay at Heritage Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the unique experience of staying in a renovated 500-year-old building. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main building and the beautiful views of Hallstatt. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast menu could benefit from a wider variety of options.

I requested a room change upon arrival and the front desk immediately accommodated me with a beautiful lake view room. The room was spacious and well-appointed with modern furnishings. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is excellently positioned in front of the ferry station, with breathtaking views of the lake. The rooms are spacious and modern, with well-appointed amenities. The breakfast spread is also noteworthy, offering a wide range of options to please all guests.

Some of the hotel staff were not accommodating and didn't provide good customer service, making it difficult for some guests to fully enjoy their stay.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. This venue is at the most picturesque area with stunning views of the lake. It is conveniently located in the center of all the attention. This place is perfect for whoever is arriving by ship from the train station. The room and the bathroom were spacious with basic facilities like heating and air conditioning. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to provide room service, housekeeping, laundry, ski pass vendor, and tours/ticket assistance. They even offered a welcome drink on our arrival. The restaurant served yummy breakfast and dinner, and the special diet menus were just perfect. The sitting area, terrace, and soundproofed rooms added to the comfort level. The sauna, spa lounge, and sun terrace added to the leisure while the staff was available both during dinner & breakfast services, helping us with exploring around Hallstatt.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone, as there was nothing not to like about this wonderful place.

I had a truly incredible experience at the hotel. the view from my room was simply magnificent, overlooking the beautiful lake. the spacious rooms were clean and comfortable. the staff at the restaurant were kind and helpful, making my dining experience delightful. the location of the hotel, right opposite the pier, was excellent. I would love to come back in the future.

The hotel was located right in front of the lake, offering beautiful views. The breakfast provided was wonderful and had a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offered transportation from the car park to the hotel, making it easier for guests with cars. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.

The staff was not welcoming and seemed uninterested in helping guests. The supermarket was quite far and closed early, making it inconvenient for getting groceries.
