The hotel is right in between the red light district and the museum square, making it excellent for exploring the city. Additionally, the service provided by the staff is top-notch. They are incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that all your needs are met.

Staying here was a delight! The location couldn't have been better - I was right in the heart of things, with plenty of great pubs and shops nearby. Plus, being on such a popular plaza made exploring this place such a breeze! The service here was fantastic too, from the room service to the dry cleaning. Everything was spot-on, and the housekeeping was excellent too. I was also impressed with the staff, especially the team working the night shift who did their best to acccommodate every request with a lovely manner. Finally, the amenities in the room were top-notch, from the soundproofing to the lovely terrace overlooking the plaza.

The location was perfect, with plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially a younger female staff member who helped us find a great local restaurant. The hotel itself was immaculate, and we had a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The hotel also went above and beyond when we encountered some minor issues in the room, upgrading us to a superior room, providing free breakfast and dinner, and arranging a taxi for us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our upgraded room at the front of the hotel was lovely, overlooking the square. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to use the facilities in other hotels in the chain while sightseeing around the city. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was excellent, right across the square from the city center, and trams stopped right outside, making it easy to get around.

We had an amazing city break! The complementary factors were incredible: polite staff and a good breakfast. The location was perfect- walking distance to everything! We were able to enjoy the best shopping, bars, and restaurants. we enjoyed a nearby Vegan Junk Food Shop that was a mere 5-minute walk away.

Though the windows had a beautiful view, they did not provide good soundproofing, making it hard to sleep. Ear plugs are essential as there was lots of music and shouting from outside.
