The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. We were visiting WSU and it was very close by. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had the Flatbread pizza from the cafe and it was unexpectedly delicious, especially with the sausage on top. The lobby had some really cool and comfortable seating options, including fun chairs and booths with TVs. We even spent some time by the fireplace. we had a great time hanging out in the lobby. The hotel itself was very nice and in a convenient location.

One drawback was the noise from the construction of the building. When it rained, the drips hitting the ceiling made loud noises that made it difficult to sleep at night.

The modern decor and newness of the facility were impressive. The rooms were spacious and inviting, making us feel right at home. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the basic amenities provided, such as the clean gym area and the fire pit outside. The location was great, with easy walking access to wherever we needed to go, especially if you are visiting a nearby university.

One small area that could be improved upon was the breakfast selection. While the breakfast looked good, we felt that the options were a bit sub-par.

I loved the modern decor and the newness of the facility at the Courtyard in Pullman. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the excellent work-out room, as well as the inviting outdoor fire pit area. The location was perfect, being just a short walk away from the campus. The front desk staff I encountered were very polite and helpful. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

One drawback was that there wasn't a continental breakfast available. Additionally, the fan and air conditioning in my room were not working properly, making the room too hot.

As a tourist, I loved the clean and spacious rooms, which provided a quiet and comfortable stay. The hotel had a good indoor filtration system, ensuring fresh air despite the smoky outdoor conditions from wildfires. The gym area was well-equipped with quality treadmills and weights. Additionally, the hotel offered a 24/7 desk and a convenient market. I also appreciated the option for late checkout and the bus drop off/pickup point for easy transportation to Spokane or Lewiston, ID.

Felt right at home, nothing too much trouble.

Great location, close to the university. Friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. the food at the hotel's cafe was surprisingly good, especially the flatbread pizza and the burger. the seating in the lobby was fun, with comfortable chairs and cool booths with TVs. the lobby also had a fireplace where we could relax.

The outdoor hot tub could have been cleaner, and there was a lack of microwaves in the rooms. We ordered food from the restaurant downstairs but didn't have a way to heat it later.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby campus. The room was modern and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Despite the hotel being on campus, the noise from construction was minimal and did not disrupt my sleep. I had a wonderful experience at Courtyard and would highly recommend it to others.

One minor drawback was the need to pay for parking on campus. Although it was not mentioned during check-in, it was a small inconvenience.
