The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were professional and calm. The room was nicely decorated with comfortable bedding and had nice facilities like free use of a smart phone. We especially appreciated the friendly service at breakfast, where we were served freshly cooked eggs to perfection. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic! They were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect - it was centrally located and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel was also well-maintained and clean, making for a pleasant stay.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. the rooms could do with some updating - there were a few chipped areas of paintwork that could be touched up.

We were able to easily walk to all the attractions and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips and recommendations for our visit. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and our bed was exceptionally comfortable.

One of the main downsides was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It got quite warm during our stay and it was uncomfortable to sleep without any cooling system.

It is the best hotel in the city center with a convenient location for shopping, dining, and tourist destinations. The hotel staff were energetic, helpful, and friendly. Great Location and Clean Room. The hotel was perfectly located, close to all the important attractions. We were able to walk to places like Binnenhof and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and spacious, with an excellent bed and a large bathroom. We also appreciated the friendly and kind staff. It was a great idea to have breakfast as room service to avoid crowded breakfast rooms.

Room Temperature and Noise from Birds. One issue we had was that the room was rather hot, especially with the sun shining through the windows all day.
