I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing me with useful information about the city and even printing out my tickets for a visit to a popular palace. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient parking options, which was a great advantage considering the limited parking possibilities in this city.

We had a great stay at Universal in the center of town. the location was convenient, with a 20-minute walk to Alhambra. the staff at reception were friendly and even provided a baby crib. We also appreciated the underground parking just across the street. the rooftop bar was a nice option for takeaway into our room, especially when traveling with a baby. the rooms were quiet considering the central location, and the hotel offered good value for money.
