The staff were very friendly, nice and helpful, always there to help and with a smile. We enjoyed the modern and clean hotel, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a great night's sleep. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the complimentary shuttle service to the airport was a huge convenience, saving us time and hassle.

The light system in the room was a bit difficult to figure out, and the TV required going through multiple menus just to change the channel. It would have been much more convenient to have a simpler and more user-friendly setup.

We had a fantastic time at Park Plaza. The location was perfect for us as it was easy to get to the city center and the airport. The hotel's free shuttle service was a huge plus, making our travel hassle-free. The soundproofing was excellent, as we didn't hear any noise from the airport. The hotel was clean and modern, offering good value for the money.

The hotel's proximity to Amsterdam City center and the nearest tram stop offers easy access to explore the wonderful city. The well-maintained rooms with adequate space, comfortable beds, and small but well-kept bathrooms are worth mentioning. Also, the friendly service and decent breakfast make your stay enjoyable.

The hotel's noise isolation could have been better to get guests a peaceful sleep.

I stayed here for a night, and it surpassed my expectations! The room and bathroom were spotless, and I appreciated the complimentary hot beverage machine in the lobby. Plus, the playroom with table tennis and pool tables was a fantastic touch. This venue also offers park, sleep, and fly deals so you can leave your vehicle during your trip abroad - super helpful when traveling with an infant!

The breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable enough. the room was quiet which is perfect for a romantic getaway. the surroundings were serene and provided a calm atmosphere, ideal for couples in love. the free parking and Wi-Fi were a plus point and saved us some bucks.

The room was not tidy enough as we spotted dust on the shelves and the bathroom had scattered towels. the room itself had a musty odor which spoiled the atmosphere.
