Some rooms were warm and had ineffective air-conditioning. Floors squeaked and could be heard in other rooms.

As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly staff, the clean and modern hotel with great amenities such as a nespresso coffee machine, wide screen TV, and fast wifi. The location was perfect, close to shops, bars, and restaurants.

I recently stayed at Park Plaza for a weekend getaway. The hotel had a lovely swimming pool and sauna, perfect for relaxation. The receptionists were friendly and the breakfast area was spacious. I loved the take away bags for breakfast, which allowed my teenagers to enjoy breakfast in bed while I relaxed in the lounge. The waitress in the lounge was super nice and offered to make extra cups of hot drinks. The rooms were well-appointed with a nice selection of beverages and a good-sized fridge. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower and plenty of towels. The hotel is conveniently located near top attractions and has a bus stop right outside.

We had a terrible night's sleep due to the uncomfortable bed. the noise level was also very high, we could hear everything from the hallway, and the cleaning staff was very noisy early in the morning.
