The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was right by the outdoor seating area and very close to Thorpe Park, which was the purpose of our overnight stay. The bar and restaurant area were easily accessible, making it convenient for dining and socializing. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely view from the Juliet balcony. The staff provided quick service and had a great attitude. The food in the evening was exceptional, especially the salmon salad.

The bathroom in the hotel was in dire need of some TLC, with issues such as slow-running taps and non-functional loo flush.

Location is perfect for visiting the amusement park nearby. The bed is huge and super comfortable. The room is of a decent size and the flat screen TV is a plus. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and coffee in the morning.

We could hear every single movement which made sleeping very difficult. , the cleaning staff forgot to clean our room which was frustrating.
