They acted as interpreters and made phone calls on my behalf to get the necessary repairs done. Their fantastic customer service truly made a difference during my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bathroom well-equipped, and the free WiFi worked perfectly. The hotel also had ample free parking available.

The facilities, new bar/restaurant, friendly staff, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, convenient location with tram stop nearby.
