Breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choices.

Poor soundproofing from nearby train tracks!!! This hotel needs to address the inconsistent housekeeping and variable maintenance of gym facilities!!! The non-opening windows lead to stale air!!! Limited food options in the restaurant need improvement!!!

Loved the cinematic carpet charm of the room and the great variety in the breakfast spread, especially the pancakes. However, some outside noise could be heard from our 5th-floor room due to insufficient soundproofing.

Utrecht Centraal, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were warm and welcoming, enhancing our stay. However, the noise from the trains could be bothersome at times. Despite this, the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, quickly providing an extra blanket upon request. Breakfast offered an impressive variety including fresh bread and homemade dishes that set a great tone for each day.

We had a great time staying here with friends. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. We visited the nearby exhibit center and enjoyed exploring local cafes and restaurants. Just a heads up, parking will cost you around 20-25 Euros per day, so plan ahead!

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. During our stay, some areas felt less than fresh, which was a bit disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay, particularly the delicious breakfast with a wide range of options that fueled our mornings. The service was outstanding, with staff showing genuine interest in our well-being. I recommend asking for a room on a higher floor for added peace during the night.

I visited recently and appreciated the great location, just a few minutes from the main train station. My room was spacious with a good reading lamp. I had a bit of an issue with the Nespresso machine, but staff promptly replaced it. I found the restaurant to be good for meals, but options could use some expansion. Clean hotel, convenient location, featuring express check-in and storage for my luggage, making my short stay hassle-free and enjoyable as I could easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy a fresh breakfast that was a highlight each morning.

No negative aspects to report.

The location is ideal, just five minutes from the central station and within walking distance of shopping at Hoog Cathrijn. Rooms are modern, featuring comfortable beds and excellent shower facilities. However, the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, leading to some disruption. A few areas felt dated, and cleanliness in my room was lacking, notably with unwelcome hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast was quite good, with a solid range of options, including some delicious hot and cold choices.
