I recently stayed at Prins Hendrik for a week-long trip. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the central station and close to all the famous squares, museums, and shopping areas. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. My room was clean with a great view, and I was pleasantly surprised to have been given a spacious two-floor apartment instead of the triple room I reserved. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of nutritious options. it was a wonderful experience.

Stayed at Prins Hendrik for 4 nights on a sightseeing trip. Room in annexe was large and clean, with plenty of hot water. Buffet breakfast had a great variety of choices and staff at reception were very helpful. Location was perfect, right across from the train station and close to all the sightseeing tours. Easy walking distance to Dam Square with lots of bars and restaurants along the way.

We had a great stay at this hotel near the main railway station, just a short walk away. The rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even taking extra care of my pregnant partner. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a great start to the day. The location was ideal, as it was very close to the train station and made exploring the city convenient.

Navigating the steep staircase in the room was a bit challenging when carrying our bags.

I recently stayed at this conveniently located hotel for a short trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we had plenty of room in our spacious room with 6 beds. The staff member who greeted us upon arrival and departure was lovely. The hotel also had a bar and restaurant, although we chose to eat out. it was a positive experience.

This place exceeded my expectations! the room was larger than I imagined and had a fantastic view. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. the hotel had a unique and charming character, with unexpected steps that added to the overall ambiance. the breakfast was substantial and delicious, and the restaurant and bar service was top-notch.

There were a couple of downsides. there were no coffee and tea facilities in the room, which was a bit inconvenient, especially when dealing with jet lag and craving a hot drink at odd hours.

The hotel boasts a great location mere steps from the train station and just a quick jaunt to shops and city center sights. The staff are pleasant, and housekeeping keeps the rooms clean. Guests can also enjoy a tasty breakfast in the atmospheric bar and restaurant and unwind in the cozy and spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

The hotel's lighting is inadequate, making it difficult to read or to hang up wet coats or towels due to a lack of hooks.

our recent stay in amsterdam exceeded all expectations. the staff at our hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable honeymoon. the location was amazing, with attractions, train station, canal ports, and tram stop all nearby. the facilities were quiet and the breakfast was delicious. we will definitely be returning!

Slow staff response.

the location was perfect - right in the center of all the action. It was so convenient being just steps away from the train station and trams. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided me with maps, recommended tours, and even gave me great restaurant suggestions. Lastly, the rooms had a good view from the front, with nice white sheets and towels changed daily. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including gluten-free bread.

The bathroom lighting could have been better.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the wifi was reliable throughout our stay. The receptionists were always helpful and efficient. Our room on the top floor was spacious and we loved the skylight windows.
