I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly supportive and understanding, especially towards Navy recruits and their families. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were kind and respectful. The hotel's location was also perfect for our needs, being close to the base and other major attractions such as Six Flags and the mall. I appreciated the literature they provided, giving me all the information I needed about the area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the basic amenities we needed. it was a great value for money and a nice spot to relax.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us a late check out. The pool and lounge areas, both indoors and outdoors, were very nice, especially the hot tub. The location was perfect for our needs, being near a medical school. The hotel itself is newly renovated, with a great bar cafe area and games to play. The staff was welcoming and provided suggestions for things to do in the area. The pool temperature was perfect and the facilities were clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and my daughter loved the shampoo and soap combo on the wall. The parking was convenient and the bedding was clean and soft.

This hotel is located very close to Navy Boot camp and the surrounding restaurants are perfect for families. You can enjoy the pool if the weather is good. The comfortable beds and clean rooms make for a decent stay.

The hotel fails to enforce their no-smoking policy, which makes the experience less enjoyable.

Additionally, the breakfast bistro offered a good selection of food at a reasonable price. It was definitely more than just a cheap buffet. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the Navy Boot camp, the Chicago area, and various restaurants and stores. One detail that stood out to me was the rooms on the ground level with a balcony, providing a nice outdoor space. this hotel was a great value for money, with attention to detail and basic amenities that made my stay enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was excellent, especially for visiting the nearby military base. the shuttle service provided by the hotel was a great recommendation and saved us a lot of time waiting in line to get on the base. the price of the hotel was very reasonable, and the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. the lounge area was a nice spot to relax.

Although the security measures at the military base were understandable, the wait to get on base was quite long and could be frustrating.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Waukegan for my son's Navy boot camp graduation. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were spotless. I loved the special banner in the lobby congratulating the Navy graduates. The shuttle to the RTC made getting to the graduation so convenient, and the drivers were informative about the area. The comfortable bed, spacious room, and well-maintained pool and hot tub were all highlights. The little bar cafe area with games was a fun addition. a great experience!
