This place suits me perfectly and provides all I need, like wi-fi, an electric kettle, and the relaxing jacuzzi. The staff once helped me find something valuable I lost during my first visit. I’ll be back for Christmas!

An unexpected upgrade surprise

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and beautifully decorated the suite was. The breakfast offered an extensive buffet of hot and continental options, and the staff were undeniably friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The sea view from my room was breathtaking.

Had a memorable stay with my partner, the staff were more than helpful, always right there when we needed them, like they were just waiting for us to ask, which really made us feel special. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with hot items made to order, my partner raved about the crepes, I mean, who doesn't love a good crepe in the morning? Amazing!

Not the cheapest option,, but honestly worth it for the experience.

We stayed in room 15, a king suite, and it was spacious with a comfy bed. There was even a mini-fridge stocked with water, which was a nice touch! Loved the self-serve coffee. Only thing was, the storage space was a bit limited, not enough hangers for dresses. But honestly, who cares when you have such a great stay?

Friendly staff helped with luggage storage, enjoyed the jacuzzi, but pillows could be better.

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed being close to the sea, the breakfast spread was fantastic, and the kids loved exploring Sea Life Brighton just a short stroll away. Every room had a chic vibe and the staff truly went above and beyond for our family.

My children wished for more family-friendly activities on-site.

Really enjoyed my stay! The room was nicely decorated and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was a highlight. I loved the in-room option! Had a few hiccups, like a tight seating arrangement on the balcony, which made it a bit awkward. But the friendly staff made it all worthwhile.

I had an incredible stay with a stunning sea view room and breakfast that surpassed my expectations. My only minor issue was the chilly hash browns at breakfast.

Had an enjoyable time at The Charm Brighton. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the seafront. Breakfast was delightful with various options and the cozy atmosphere made it a nice retreat. Minor quibbles included some street noise and the absence of air conditioning, but the stay was overall lovely.

An excellent, clean room with all the necessary amenities, including a helpful fridge and a fantastic selection of teas and coffees. The breakfast offered was delightful with fresh fish and a variety of hot options. On the downside, some towels felt a bit worn, and there was noticeable noise from the balcony door which could be distracting. Despite these minor issues, the friendly staff made the experience enjoyable, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

Lovely decor. hotel was clean throughout. We really enjoyed the hot tub, a really nice idea to unwind. Breakfast had a wonderful selection and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Location was great, just 5 mins either to the Pier or to The Lanes.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.
