I had a great value for my money at Quentin Zoo. The room was clean, spacious, and had beautiful design furniture. The location was quiet yet close to the city center, park, and restaurants. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available.

Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

The hotel is located in a lovely area, with plenty of recommended restaurants nearby. The staff provided excellent customer service and were very accommodating, allowing us to check-in early. The room was spacious and well-decorated, with a large smart TV and a massive shower. We also appreciated the special touches, such as the room being decorated for my girlfriend's birthday.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Our room at Quentin Zoo was incredibly comfortable and provided a peaceful night's sleep. Despite being located at the front of the hotel, any noise from outside did not disrupt our rest. The hotel's location was ideal, situated just outside the city center and with attractions like the Zoo and Resistance Museum right on our doorstep. Additionally, having a tram stop right outside the hotel made getting around the city a breeze. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special, as we mentioned that it was our Wedding Anniversary and they surprised us with balloons, chocolate, and Prosecco in the room at no extra cost. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, and always willing to assist us.

While the breakfast offered at Quentin Zoo was limited to a continental option, this was to be expected. Additionally, there were some minor inconveniences such as the room door being tight to maneuver with a suitcase and occasional buffering of the TV.

The service provided was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The housekeeping was excellent and the rooms were well-appointed, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the balcony and sitting area, as well as the terrace. The hotel offered a continental breakfast, which was delicious and satisfying. the hotel provided a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The only downside we noticed was that some of the staff could benefit from more customer service training. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract from our overall positive experience.

The location was superb, right in front of a tram station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. We were able to visit many attractions that were close by and even walk to some of them. The room was modern and clean, with a smart TV that allowed us to watch our favorite streaming services. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the bathroom was spacious with all the necessary amenities.

One thing to consider is that if you are a light sleeper, there might be some noise from outside the hotel.

My daughter and her friends had a fantastic time celebrating a birthday at Quentin Zoo. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was clean with great service. They even decorated the room with balloons and left a little treat for my husband. The location was perfect, with a tram stop right outside for easy travel to the main tourist areas. The room had a quirky industrial feel, with plenty of plug sockets and good lighting. The little terrace outside was a nice bonus, and the fridge in the room was handy for storing drinks. The shower was also great.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy, which was great for us as difficult sleepers. The receptionist was nice and informative. The hotel is conveniently located in front of a busy tram station, making transportation easy. We were able to purchase 1/2/3 day tram tickets just a few meters from the front door. Additionally, everything we wanted to see in this city was within a 1 to 3 km range, including a cafe next door and the zoo right next to the tram stop.

The complimentary sparkling wine and chocolates were a nice touch and made our New Year's Eve more special. the hotel's location near a tram stop made it easy to explore the city. the spacious room was a delight with a comfortable bed and a beautiful city skyline view.

The hotel could use some serious renovation and maintenance, as everything seemed outdated and tatty. the lack of sound insulation made it difficult to sleep with the noisy guests in the corridors.
