Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location right on the beach. The entertainment team, The Fun Makers, were great. The lunch and dinner buffets were fantastic, and the breakfast spread was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We spent a wonderful time at a beautiful hotel located in a spot on a pier overlooking the sea. The Asiana a la carte restaurant's food was amazing with a menu featuring many courses. We also enjoyed the sea view from our room, which was spacious with comfortable beds, ample bathroom and restocked minibar. The hotel had many facilities such as clean pools, private beach, and a coffee shop that was always well-stocked.

It was quite frustrating during the busy evenings in the buffet restaurant, where it was hard to find a table or have uninterrupted dinner due to the crowds.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel in a great location where we could meet people from different countries. Umit and Camille really made our stay memorable by providing excellent service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. We enjoyed the two adult pools, which were a great place to relax. The hotel is also conveniently located near the old city, making it easy to explore. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. the hotel had great facilities and advantages.

The inconsistency in replenishing the mini bar, which could have been improved.

We had an absolutely fabulous experience at a hotel with a similar concept to Concorde De Luxe Resort. the staff were very nice and helpful, the facilities were good, and the food was delicious. We especially loved the pool and private beach, as well as the 24/7 bar service. Special thanks to the Guest Relation department, Tulay and Nur hanim, for taking care of everything. the location was great, with nice pool, beach, and sun beds. the staff were always smiling and ready to help. it fulfilled all our needs for a relaxing beach holiday.

The Christmas decorations at the hotel were absolutely stunning. It really added to the festive mood and made our stay feel even more special. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the airport and easy to find. It saved us a lot of time and hassle in traveling. - One of the best aspects of our stay was the wide range of activities and entertainment offered. There was never a dull moment and we were able to try out different things every day.

The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful. The quality of the food was not up to par.

The animation team at the resort kept us entertained all day with various activities, and the night shows were spectacular. The food was delicious and fresh, with plenty of options to choose from. we had an unforgettable experience.

We had a minor issue with the moody staff who seemed stressed and tired. Despite this, their service was good and they were able to cater to our needs efficiently.

Had a great New Year's at this hotel! Loved the complimentary champagne and fireworks show at midnight. the view of the surrounding area from our room was wonderful. the hotel's proximity to the airport saved us a lot of hassle.

The price for some of the additional activities was a bit steep, but we managed to find cheaper options nearby. the food was hit or miss - some dishes were delicious, while others were not very appetizing at all.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the variety of activities and facilities available at the hotel. There were so many options to keep us entertained, from the amazing beach pavilion to the awesome entertainment provided. The main pool had two bars with a wide range of drinks and snacks, and there was even ice cream to help beat the heat. The pier offered a breathtaking view and had a bar with delicious drinks and snacks as well. The hotel also had great kids and adults shows at night, making it a perfect choice for families. Additionally, the diverse food options, especially dinner, were a highlight for us. We never had to worry about being hungry or thirsty, and the outdoor lunch options near the pool were fantastic, with live burger stations, hotdogs, grilled meat.

We felt like VIPs during our stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our needs and requests were taken care of.
