Perfect airport stay!

Loved this hotel! Super convenient being just a short walk from the airport. My room was huge, had both a shower and a bath with super nice toiletries. Plus, I enjoyed grabbing free tea in the hallway. Only bummer? Wish there was a mini fridge in the room. Great place for a quick stopover!

i almost thought this hotel could be good, until i found hair on the shower floor—so gross. the '24/7' room service is actually a joke, only one option was available, and it was cold. i was hoping for an upgrade since my flight was cancelled, but it seems they don’t care about customer comfort.

The hotel was perfect for our family stay, especially for our small kids. We loved the easy access to Schiphol and the convenience of being just a short train ride away from Amsterdam. The Exec Lounge is a nice touch for relaxing.

In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly amenities would be great.

My wife says that breakfast options could be more varied.

the only downside was no minibar in the room. but the fitness center was well stocked and clean! also, the ice was easy to get near the elevators. loved the club lounge on the top floor with great breakfast offerings.

this hotel is super close to the airport, like a 5 min walk, which makes it so easy when ur rushing to catch a flight. the staff is really friendly and there’s a free coffee machine on each floor which is awesom. the room i had was pretty spacious and the bed was comfy. The view of the airport is great especially during sunrise. loved that there’s lots of food options around including a hypermarket nearby.

I recently stayed here while on a business trip and it was surprisingly easy to get to from the airport—no need to step outside. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, I lost my power converter and they found one for me in no time. it's like they knew I needed it.

However, the room keys were frustratingly inconsistent, requiring multiple trips to reception for replacements, and the outdated design hit a sour note in contrast to the otherwise clean and friendly atmosphere.

The location was ideal for our layover from Canada to Africa, and the staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful! They generously provided delicious Sheraton chocolates and mini Prosecco when I faced a minor issue.
