The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. I particularly enjoyed the self-serve coffee and tea station and the fresh fruit. The room had a stunning view of the canal, and the location of the hotel in the old city center was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help.

One minor issue was that the sliding door in the bathroom didn't close all the way, leaving a small gap. However, these were minor inconveniences and did not significantly impact my overall experience.

I had a fantastic 2N/3D stay at this hotel. The check-in was smooth and they even provided a keycard wallet that I could use for my ov-chipkaart. The room was glorious with a comfortable bed and they even had heaters due to a temporary AC issue. The in-room breakfast option was great and the hotel phone was a convenient touch for travelers. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from Koenmart-Schiedam tram stop.

Elevator was out of service for the entire stay, making it difficult to climb the stairs to reach the room. the central heating system was not functioning properly, which led to a cold room and they provided an electric air heater.

The hospitality and homely feeling made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with plenty of markets and cafes nearby, and it was a pleasant walk to explore the area.
