The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast provided was fresh and tasty, and the hotel facilities, such as the separate seating area and the garden, added to the overall positive experience.

Each room had something unique, like a balcony or a record player. The breakfast had an impressive selection of fancy food. Rotterdam is great for global nomads like me.

Oh well, I guess I didn't need any fresh air in my room anyway!

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, making our new year experience at the hotel even better. the hotel's stylish design and newly renovated rooms added to the overall charm. Additionally, we enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, which made it easy for us to explore the city.

One downside was the inability to open the windows in the room, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. the noise from the AC was also bothersome during the night.

Their kindness will never be forgotten. The hotel itself is also very beautiful, with stunning interior design. The triple room we stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed, sofa, and large table and chairs. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was powerful. The location was convenient, with tram and bus stops nearby, and it was only a short walk to the city center. I had a fantastic experience at Supernova hotel and would highly recommend it.

Our city break at this hotel was amazing! the location couldn't be better - within walking distance of the main areas but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. the design of the hotel was stylish and modern, and the rooms were equipped with everything we needed.

If I had to pick something, it would be that the room could have been slightly bigger. However, for a weekend stay it was absolutely fine.

The hotel has a modern, no-nonsense concept and the staff are friendly. the beds are really comfortable, which allowed us to have a good rest after our city exploration. the hotel has a great location, very close to lots of different restaurants, bars, cafés and tourist attractions.

The bathroom and toilet lack ventilation and we found it hot and stuffy, which was not very comfortable. the Netflix connection to the TV was very slow and we found the online check-in process a bit difficult to follow at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hidden boutique gem. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had a cozy atmosphere with unique art and pink bathrooms. The lobby had a great vibe, and the menu offered tasty bites and original drinks. I loved the library lounge corner with its excellent selection of books. The showers were nice, although the open plan caused a bit of water spillage depending on how wild you shower. I would definitely come back to this authentic boutique hotel.
