As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the central location and the beautiful aesthetics of the hotel. The helpful reception staff and the nicely designed communal areas added to the overall experience. The bar and restaurant offered delicious food and drinks, perfect for sharing as a group.

Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

The value for money was excellent, with spacious and high-end European-style rooms. The hotel's location on a quieter street was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was attentive, friendly, and provided great suggestions for dining options.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering more options for guests on the go.

During my recent stay at The Dylan, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I even received a complimentary late check-out, which was greatly appreciated.

Although like any hotel, there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a slightly outdated room design, they were easily overshadowed by the overall positive experience.

It is in an upscale neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, creating a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully decorated and each has a unique touch, creating a home-like feel. The bathrooms are spacious, allowing ample room for relaxation and comfort. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs.

Although the hotel provides a cozy and luxurious experience, the stairs leading up to the bathroom can be quite steep and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Attentive service and beautiful room gift

During my stay at The Dylan, I was impressed by the attentive service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even offering me a lovely tea upon check-in. I was pleasantly surprised to find small gifts waiting for me in the room every night, accompanied by a personal letter. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with a bed that was incredibly comfortable and high-quality sheets and towels. The hotel also had an intimate lounge area with great music, perfect for unwinding after a long day of traveling. Despite not being in the exact center of town, the location was still fairly central and away from the noisy and shabby areas. The hotel also had great restaurant options, including the Michelin starred Vinkeles. I highly recommend The Dylan for its fabulous service, attention to detail, and perfect location.

The hotel had a friendly staff and a cozy ambiance. the breakfast buffet was a nice touch, and the complimentary wine in the evening was a pleasant surprise. the location was convenient, as it was near a lot of restaurants and shops.

The rooms were very cramped and uncomfortable. the bed was too small for two people, and the bathroom was poorly designed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, in a convenient area in the center of the city but in an upscale and quieter neighborhood. It was also situated next to the famous Krachten, providing a beautiful view. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the lounge area with the fire. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing 5-star service in every department. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the room decor was upmarket and modern. The hotel's convenient location allowed me to easily visit all the major attractions in this city, which were within walking distance.
