I recently stayed at a hotel in a rural area, quite far from the train station in Bern, and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and attention to detail. The hotel, although not extravagant, made sure to provide a comfortable stay with its basic amenities and rooms with comfy beds. The staff were excellent, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Additionally, the breakfast served was included in the price and offered a variety of options to start the day off right.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as I love morning hikes and walks in the forest. Just behind the hotel, there was a huge forest, which was great since I stayed with my dog. The hotel also provided free coffee and cakes in the lobby, which was a lovely perk. The breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was amazing with a wide variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. Additionally, I enjoyed the patio and was impressed that despite being close to the highway, there was no road noise.

The hotel's location was a bit unusual as it was behind a petrol station and convenience store, which made it tricky to find. the air conditioning could have been better, as it did not work well, and the small beds could be uncomfortable for some.

Great for families with toys, outdoor slide, and free wifi. Tasty breakfast and nearby restaurants at good prices. Good value for the area.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel located in an industrial area. Although it was a bit hard to find at night, we were impressed with the friendly locals who helped us. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist who walked with us to point out the correct route to the bus. The room was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the garden outside by the cafeteria. The breakfast was excellent, with a large choice of delicious options.

The wifi at the hotel was a bit complicated to access and there was no support available, which made it difficult for us to connect with our devices.

Fantastic service! Despite the hot weather, the staff found a solution for the lack of AC and provided a cool room. The breakfast spread was delicious and the convenience of nearby stores made dinner easy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Booked into A1 Grauholz during bad weather, but staff allowed us to park the bike in a garage. Friendly staff, clean room, and one of the best breakfasts during our trip. the patio was enjoyable and surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the highway. the staff also went above and beyond by being kind to our children and offering complimentary beverages and snacks throughout the day. the playground was an added bonus.
