From the moment we checked in, the staff were super friendly and efficient. The room was mind-blowingly spacious and immaculate. The on-site car park was a huge plus. The fitness centre and indoor swimming pool were jaw-droppingly amazing. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner in the restaurant and the welcome drink. The spa facilities, including the jacuzzi and steam room, were top-notch. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch. The 24-hour reception and security provided peace of mind. a truly great experience.

Spacious room with great storage, kettle provided. Free shuttle to town, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed and bathroom. Can walk to city center, plenty of parking. Large portions, reasonable prices, overall a great experience.

The hotel is reasonably close to the centre, making it convenient for families to walk back after the concerts. The rooms were cozy and the beds were clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were courteous and thoughtful, ensuring that our needs were met and greeting us with smiles. The hotel has excellent facilities such as a gym, sauna, and pool, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring.

The restaurant service could use some improvement, as there were instances of forgetting starters and bringing out the main course too soon. This showed a lack of organization and attention to detail.

Loved the cozy and intimate feel of the hotel, perfect for a romantic escape. the rooms were comfortably spacious, equipped with in-room safe and coffee maker. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was ideal, close enough to the city center for a nice walk, but also far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. the complimentary breakfast was a delicious and satisfying treat.

The walls were thin, so there was some noise from other guests. the towels could have been softer.

For us it was ideal.

We had a great stay at Van Der Valk in Maastricht. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a separate shower and bath. The hotel staff were professional and the facilities, including the swimming pool, were excellent. The free parking was a bonus, and the breakfast provided was excellent. we were very satisfied with our stay at Van Der Valk.
