zoku amsterdam was like home away from home for us! the modern, clean rooms and friendly staff made our stay so comfortable. having the option to rent bikes and the diy vibe were huge bonuses. we loved every moment and can't wait to come back!

staff availability a bit lacking

The hotel offered excellent food, with a healthy and delicious buffet for lunch and a fantastic breakfast. the location was also great, just a short tube ride away from the city center, in a peaceful and quiet area. the room/apartment had a modern and fabulous interior, making it a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One drawback was the lack of room cleaning service, which only happened every two days. However, they provided fresh towels, so it was not a big inconvenience.

The weekend brunch had a diverse menu. Check-in/out process was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's design featured high-quality furniture. Loft XL had a cool design and was well-equipped. The bed was comfortable.

Conveniently located close to public transport and a grocery store. Loft XL is well-designed and has a comfortable bed. Rooftop garden is a nice place to relax and has a great atmosphere. Staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Delicious dinner served in the restaurant.

zoku amsterdam was even better than my last visit to amsterdam! the smart rooms, friendly staff, and amazing rooftop garden impressed me so much. the convenient location near the tube station and market made exploring the city a breeze. can't wait to come back!

cleaning service needs improvement

Staying here was great! The location of this hotel is perfect, just on the edge of town and in a quiet area. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the center when I felt like exploring. The service offered was amazing, such as dry cleaning and bicycle hire. I also appreciated the laundry service and welcome drink provided. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities. The staff was very kind and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The entertainment facilities, flat-screen TV, game room, and fitness center were really great.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The loft rooms were incredibly well-designed and had everything I needed. The rooftop space offered stunning views of the city and comfy seating areas to relax. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Cannot find any fault.

The funky and well-presented rooms at Zoku had everything we needed as business guests. The location was great and offered a fabulous view of the bridge over the canal. The staff were lovely and the rooftop terraces and indoor spaces were amazing. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready and we were able to check in 6 hours early. an excellent place that we would definitely recommend and use again when we next visit.

Felt super comfortable, no complaints at all.

We loved the unique self-check in, spacious loft with everything you need. The living kitchen and rooftop terrace were amazing. The only downside was the unreliable wifi. we highly recommend Zoku Amsterdam Aparthotel for a refreshing and fun stay.

We stayed at a hotel near the Skinny Bridge and it was the perfect location for exploring the city on foot and using nearby public transport. The view from the rooftop terrace was beautiful, especially at sunset. The staff was always helpful and made us feel welcome during our stay.

We experienced a lot of noise coming from the room, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep at times.

Couldn't stay longer.

The room design was well-thought-of and stylish. the sliding stairs to the bed added a quirky touch that made the stay unique. the gym equipment inside the room was a great addition. the location was also fantastic, with easy access to a grocery store. Lastly, the breakfast was top-notch and provided a great start to the day.

The in-room store was lacking in more substantial food options for late night cravings. the limited selection made it difficult to find something to munch on without going out.

The rooms were absolutely fabulous, with everything you could possibly need. the self-sufficient kitchens, complete with condiments and a starter pack of coffee and tea, were a great touch. the loft bed was surprisingly comfortable and the rooms were quiet and bright. the "communal" area on the 6th floor was fantastic, with plenty of nooks and crannies to relax and unwind. the bar and restaurant facilities were excellent, providing a great dining experience.

The lighting in the room was really complicated and confusing. It was difficult to figure out how to turn off certain lights, with some staying on even after trying to switch them off.
