I had a wonderful stay at a charming boutique hotel in a tranquil neighborhood. The room was beautifully designed and furnished, and I particularly enjoyed the small balcony. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the lovely Condessa neighborhood. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the most interesting neighborhood in the city. I loved wandering through the streets and getting deliberately lost. The hotel itself was clean and had great facilities. The breakfast was a highlight, with freshly squeezed orange juice, excellent coffee, and a variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving me useful recommendations for my trip.

The neighborhood where this hotel is located is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and a metro station within walking distance. It's also a great base to explore other areas of the city, such as La Condesa and Roma. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast served in the covered patio was delicious, and the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with beautiful sheets and l'Occitane toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel also has a lovely garden and terrace where you can relax and unwind.

That the WiFi in the hotel was weak, and our phones kept falling back to our data plans.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay. They even provided us with a hot soup and water when we were sick one day. the location was perfect, as it was situated on a great street with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We felt safe walking around at night which was a huge plus.

The rooms were a bit small, but this wasn't a major issue for us. the Wi-Fi in our room was a bit spotty at times, but it was free so we can't really complain.

A delightful oasis in a great location - friendly staff, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and helpful recommendations. Highly recommended for a stay in Mexico City.

Our stay at Villa Condesa was definitely worth the money. The room was cozy with a lovely terrace, and the boutique feel of the hotel made it even more special. The location in Condesa was perfect, surrounded by charming bars and cafes, and close to the central city and Chapultepec. The staff were friendly and made our first stay in the area very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this jewel in Mexico City. I extended my stay because I fell in love with this hotel. The location is superb, in a nice and safe neighborhood. The staff is amazing, striking the perfect balance between helpful and non-intrusive. The hotel is up to 21st century standards, with clean rooms and several nice public spaces to relax in. The breakfasts are superb, and the food for dinner was amazing. This hotel is definitely the best spot in town!
