Great location and beautiful surroundings. the hotel is situated in a lovely garden setting, which adds to the overall ambiance. the views from the property are breathtaking, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature. the hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

The rooms were quite basic and small, and for the price we paid during peak season, they seemed overpriced. the toilet in our upgraded deluxe suite didn't work, which was a major inconvenience.

We had a fantastic Christmas vacation at this hotel. the view from our room was breathtaking, with a direct view of a beautiful volcano. the staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. the location was perfectly situated near many attractions, making it convenient for us to explore the area.

the lack of air conditioning in the room made it quite hot and difficult to sleep. there were a lot of mosquitoes and bugs in the room, which was a bit bothersome.

The best Italian food ever, friendly and helpful owners, organized events and transportation, perfect location, stunning volcano views, beautiful gardens, clean and bug-free rooms, cozy with air con, discounted tours and advice from the host, free delicious mangos.

The staff were incredibly helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. We loved the location, as it was easy to explore the nearby beach and other restaurants. The hotel also offered great transportation options and had excellent facilities. we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, convenient location, and tasty breakfast.

I had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! the location was superb, with stunning views of the surrounding nature. the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. They offered a variety of tours and activities, making it easy for me to explore the area and discover hidden gems. the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, especially the Italian dishes. I couldn't get enough of their amazing pasta and sauces!

Although I had a wonderful time, there were a couple of minor downsides. First, the facilities were quite basic, but this is to be expected on a remote island.

We had an amazing stay at El Encanto Garden. the location was excellent, with stunning views of the volcano from our room and the restaurant area. the cabin was clean, comfortable, and secure. We enjoyed having air conditioning in our room, and there were also good restaurants nearby. the staff, particularly managers Carolina and Josh, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and providing great information about local services and attractions. we loved the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere of the property, and the beautiful view of the volcano from the garden.

Stayed here for hiking Concepción Volcano, great location and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable with a stunning view of the volcano from the restaurant. Good wifi and reception, considering the island. Fireflies at night were a special touch. Beautiful gardens, delicious food, and reasonable prices. Carlos, the owner, was kind and helped arrange transportation. A lovely spot to get away from it all.
