The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with helpful advice and recommendations. the outdoor areas with rocking chairs and hammocks were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. the rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable.

The kitchen had an additional charge of $2 for each use, which we thought was unreasonable considering there were limited facilities available. we were surprised to find out that breakfast was not included and had to pay extra at the end.

During my recent stay at Casa Moreno, I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly. They offered great advice on local service providers and made sure we had a wonderful customer experience. Our private room was spacious and clean, with a refreshing shower in the bathroom. The common areas were inviting, with comfy hammocks and rocking chairs for relaxation.

I stayed at Hotel Casa Moreno for one night and I enjoyed it. Great staff and very good location. The breakfast was available, renting bikes and other things were available too. The courtyard was a wonderful place to take breakfast. I liked the balcony which has a perfect view of the Volcano Conception. Nice peaceful building with a handy small kitchen and drinking water. Rooms were a good size and had mosquito protection on all windows. They also had a 1 month old puppy onsite!

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are fair and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is wonderful, situated a bit farther from the main street, so you can relax away from the noise but still conveniently close to everything. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a good shower. Plus, the traditional Nicaraguan style breakfast is absolutely fantastic.

That the room got a bit stuffy during the night.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the town. the room was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep.

The room was extremely warm, even with multiple fans running all night. It was difficult to get comfortable, and I found myself sweating throughout the night.

This hostel is perfectly located near the port, just outside of the main street, making it super convenient for exploring Moyogalpa. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice views of the volcano from the rooftop terrace. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, providing clear information about the island and assisting with transportation. The garden is a nice spot to relax, with rocking chairs and hammocks available. Plus, the breakfast options are delicious, offering a variety of choices to start your day.

It would be great if there was a communal kitchen for guests to use, as the current kitchen is only for staff meals.
