Our romantic escape at the hotel was a pleasant experience. the spacious and clean room provided a comfortable environment for our stay. the comfortable bed and linens ensured a good night's sleep, and the air conditioning kept the room at a pleasant temperature. the beautiful room and good water pressure in the shower added to our enjoyment. We also appreciated the nice lounge and pool area, where we could relax and unwind. Additionally, the presence of a mini fridge in the room was convenient for storing drinks and snacks.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy during our stay. the staff at the hotel could have been more friendly and attentive.

The staff at Intercontinental went above and beyond to ensure our early morning flight went smoothly. They packed us delicious boxed breakfasts and the service was truly exceptional. The hotel amenities were great, especially the pool. highly recommend this property for a stopover in Managua. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient for accessing nearby attractions and amenities. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. Additionally, the hotel restaurant served delicious food that exceeded my expectations.

One downside of my stay was the lack of privacy at the pool. The pool area was not well situated and did not offer much seclusion, which made it less enjoyable to swim or lounge by the pool.

There was an electric failure during my stay which resulted in a night without air conditioning. Despite requesting reimbursement, the management only offered a one, hour massage as compensation.
