The service provided was excellent, with helpful staff and a 24-hour reception. The hotel had all the amenities I needed, including Wi-Fi in the rooms, a restaurant, a bar/lounge area, and even a game room with board games. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with a cozy sitting area, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. The cleanliness and comfort were outstanding, and I especially appreciated the heating, air conditioning, and ironing facilities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Our city break was fantastic! the check-in process was a breeze and we loved the convenience of using our phone as our room key. the room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a great shower and comfortable bed. Plus, we appreciated the option to replenish our supplies ourselves from the supply room.

Although we didn't have any major issues, there were a few minor things that could be improved. the light switches were a bit impractical and the heating/radiator didn't work properly.
