the property has an amazing view of the ocean from the rooms. there were too many cats around the swimming pool area though.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, especially appreciated the quick access to a variety of transportation options from the airport and the vibrant poolside snack bar for a delightful meal between explorations.

The beach and pool view was breathtaking, and

the customer service really stood out. The staff was welcoming, especially the buggy service that made getting around easier. I had a lovely meal at the beachfront restaurant, but the room cleaning could have been improved. Overall, a lovely stay.

The spa treatments were top-notch, and I particularly loved the club lounge's stunning views. The free daily activities kept me entertained, and the pool was spacious enough to feel private. My room was clean and well-appointed, perfect for a solo traveler like me.

Absolutely adored the stunning pools and the yoga classes. Quick rides on those golf buggies were fab! The service was so speedy—room service was basically on a racing track!

But watch out for those maybe-over-enthusiastic yoga poses—my legs are still resentful! Also, I couldn't find a spare napkin that didn’t have a golf cart tire mark on it!

Loved the fantastic family room with a separate space for the kids and the huge pool area! Plus, the Indian chefs whipped up some delightful dishes that made our taste buds dance!

But let's just say the steep hills had my legs feeling like jelly—and good luck finding a napkin without a golf cart tire mark!

the hyatt regency has an absolutely amazing location close to phi phi islands, and the pool is wonderful. special shout out to the friendly receptionist, aodzii, who explained everything clearly at check-in. also, the spa offers fantastic massages and skin treatments that are a must-try!

would recommend the hotel to friends.

Loved the plunge pool in our room, the whirlpool was such a nice touch! The views from the sun terrace were stunning. We also enjoyed the Tepanyaki experience at Mizu. definitely the highlight of our dining! Easy access to a serene beach.

The room was super comfy, and that poolside snack bar? Perfect for a quick bite. Had a few issues with the shower draining, but they came to fix it right away. The fitness center could definitely use some more weights and machines.

Loved the spacious room with a fantastic hot shower and that dreamy Thai Milk Tea at breakfast! The infinity pool was perfect for unwinding, and the marine center was a nice touch for the kids. Just a heads up, the buggy rides can take a few minutes at times.

the food options cater to various dietary needs, including halal. beach access is limited.
