The whole place is sleek, clean and the staff were so friendly - got amazing cocktails from Kevin at the lobby bar too! The internet here is top-notch, great for zoom calls and streaming, and the pool area with cabanas made us feel like we were in Beverly Hills – it was stellar. Only blip was not being informed about the incidentals fee, which got sorted but caused a small inconvenience. 🌟

An incredible thing about this hotel is the elegant, open-air design of the Canopy Walk. During my transit stay at Fairmont Austin, I found the convenience of its location to be quite advantageous. It is only 3.2 km from Zilker Zephyr Miniature and 15 km from Austin-Bergstrom International, making it a suitable choice for travelers needing easy access to transportation hubs.

The long wait times and lack of controlled traffic flow detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The facilities were fantastic with a grand lobby, friendly staff, well-appointed rooms, and delicious food at the Fulton restaurant. The location was convenient and close to everything. Loved the view of the city, lake, and pool.

Our room at Fairmont Austin was absolutely stunning! The picturesque vistas of Lady Bird Lake and the cityscape were breathtaking. The seating area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Austin.

Personally, I found the view of the State Capitol a bit less appealing, but that's just my preference.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices considering its prime location near all the good places Austin has to offer, including the vibrant 6th Street and the Convention Centre. The staff provides great service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms boast gorgeous views of downtown, and it's a nice touch that they come equipped with an in-room safe. Additionally, having breakfast included is a convenient perk that adds to the overall positive experience.
