I recently stayed at First Hotel in Lillehammer for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the hotel itself is a beautiful character building with interesting artwork. I loved the unique layout of the room, with a separate attic space for two people and a sleeping area below for our adult son. The terry robes and slippers provided added a touch of luxury, and the breakfast in the bright and spacious dining room was delicious with plenty of healthy options. I also appreciated the ability to adjust the room's heating.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices and delicious options to start the day off right. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was superb, right in the very center of the town and within walking distance to all the attractions, especially the Olympics park. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable with large windows that offered great views of the streets below. Lastly, the breakfast included was delicious and gave me the perfect start to each day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that I found lacking or in need of improvement.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being very close to the train station and in the town center. You have easy access to everything you will need, including shops, restaurants, and even Christmas markets. The rooms offer a beautiful view of the surroundings, especially the ones facing the church. The breakfast is extensive and excellent, giving you a wide variety of choices to start your day.

There were some issues with noise during the night, which made it difficult for light sleepers to get a good rest.

Its prime location allows for easy access to public transportation, with the train station just a stone's throw away and the bus station within a minute's walk. Exploring the town's attractions and dining options is a breeze, with the center just a three-minute stroll from the hotel.

All was absolutely fine during our stay.
