loved the vintage paintings and reading rooms for chilling out. one electric point in the room was tricky to find.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a sauna. The friendly staff even returned my forgotten belongings during my first visit! I recommend trying the breakfast. I'll definitely be back for Xmas.

the carpets were worn and dusty, certainly not the luxury i was expecting for my stay. also, there were limited power outlets, making charging devices a real hassle. i almost would’ve given a good review, but i didn’t even receive a welcome gift.

The rugs and furnishings show signs of wear and tear!!! The shower curtain was too short, making the bathroom floor a swimming pool!!! Plus, the TV only had five channels—it’s 2023, not the Stone Age!!!

Request a room away from the train station for a quieter night's sleep. The hotel features lovely oil paintings that add charm to the experience.

This hotel is conveniently located with clean rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast choices are outstanding, and the complimentary coffee really adds a warm touch to your stay.

The bed was far too soft, making it impossible to sleep. I couldn't believe there was no room service and trash bins remained full for 4 days. I expected a complimentary gesture as a Genius 2 member, but all I received was disappointment. I really almost gave a good review, but just couldn't, shame on them.

Perfectly located near trains and buses, with delightful artwork throughout the hotel. The comfy beds made for a lovely stay, and having tea and coffee available in the lounge was a sweet touch.

But my room lacked a chest of drawers, so my clothes had a vacation of their own, hiding in my suitcase. It felt like a game of 'Where's Waldo' every morning!

Such a charming stay! The staff were welcoming, making me feel right at home. I especially loved the breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold meals. Perfect for starting the day!

I loved the awesome breakfast spread with plenty of options and the cozy lounge with free coffee by the fireplace. The sauna and leisure room were perfect spots to relax after a long day. Just wish my room had a little more storage, but it didn’t ruin the experience at all! 😊

A fantastic stay with a central location. close to the train station and a cozy lounge area for snacks. The breakfast spread was varied. and the staff provided exceptional service, helping with printing. really felt taken care of.

A few furnishings showed their age, making it less appealing. and the shower design could be improved to avoid some splashing outside.
