Value for money was great and the room was nicely remodeled, comfortable and had convenient amenities. The location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and the national park, but still on a quiet street. The staff at River Edge Inn were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety and hot food choices.

the location was ideal, right downtown but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It was close to attractions, restaurants, and even the National Forest. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. I loved the handmade soaps and the option to choose our floor upon arrival. the pool area was clean and relaxing, with plenty of seating and shade. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay at this property again.

I particularly loved the gas fireplace and the bathroom heater. the location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and the national park, yet on a quieter street. the staff were always helpful and made our stay enjoyable. the amenities provided were good considering the price we paid.

I stayed in one of their spacious rooms and let me tell you, it was like having my own private kingdom. The room was so big that I could have hosted a royal banquet in there! With all the amenities provided, I felt like a king, or at least a very important person.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean, and the location was superb, just a short walk to the strip. We saved money due to the close proximity to the attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely nothing.

One of the highlights of our stay at this hotel was the family suite we booked. It felt like we had our own mini-apartment, with plenty of space for our whole group. With four queen-size beds and two full bathrooms, it was like having our own personal oasis. We even had a large eat-in kitchen with a refrigerator big enough to hold all of our snacks and drinks. It was like having the ultimate slumber party, but with all the comforts of home. We felt like royalty in our spacious suite, and it made our trip to Gatlinburg truly unforgettable.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly, with evidence of dirt and dust. the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the shower door didn't seal properly, causing a flood.

Stayed here for Christmas and had a great time! Loved the comfortable beds and clean rooms. the staff was very helpful and provided us with lots of local information. the location was perfect, close to the main strip but away from the noise. We enjoyed the grab and go breakfast and the cozy atmosphere of the rooms. the gas fireplace added a nice touch too!

Some minor inconveniences include the tall beds, which made it a bit difficult for shorter guests to get in. the breakfast could have been served earlier than 8 am.

The suite featured a beautiful fireplace and comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice and they provided Bath and Body Works shampoo and conditioner. A keurig was available in the room. The location was conveniently close to the main strip, yet tucked away in a quiet corner of the street. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.
