Very clean and cosy family room with a veranda overlooking the water, perfect for a family with 2 small kids. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Delicious breakfast included in the room rate. Great food in the restaurant at reasonable prices. Cabin-like theme adds a nature-touch feeling. Private location, but still just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Enjoy the amazing view from the balcony. Good size room with a kettle and coffee machine. Lift available for those with big luggage. Convenient option to leave luggage after check out.

Felt completely at home, no complaints.

The location is perfect, not too far from the train station and right by the excellent tourist information centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I loved having a balcony with a view up the fjords. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of food in a nice clean atmosphere. The freshly baked bread was a delicious touch, and the view to the fjord from the breakfast area was fantastic.

All in all, everything was ok.

We loved the perfect location of this hotel, situated at the end of the city. It was within walking distance of major attractions like the Nærøyfjord Sightseeing trip, Flåmsbana, Coop Marked, and Ægir Microbrewery. The hotel also offered a fantastic view of the fjord, and the balcony with chairs would have been great on a warmer day. The room itself was lovely, and the breakfast spread was impressive with a wide variety of choices. The staff allowed us to check-in early, making our experience even more convenient.

This hotel is a hidden gem right on the waterfront in Flam. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the excellent tourist information center and very near the train station where we arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. The rooms were cozy and decorated in a charming Norwegian style, complete with balconies and the greatest view on earth. The breakfast provided was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste, and the freshly baked bread was a delightful touch. The overall quality and attention to detail in this hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! the cabin-like theme gave it a cozy and nature-inspired feeling, which was perfect considering the beautiful surroundings of Flam. the location was great, just a short walk from the train station, and it felt more private being on the opposite end. One of the best aspects of our stay was the balcony in our room, which allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking views.

The only negative aspect was that the elevator seemed to only serve upwards traffic and didn't go from the upper floors to the ground floor. However, this was a minor inconvenience that didn't impact our overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The view from our balcony was breathtaking, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. The room was clean and spacious, and we were even able to get two rooms next to each other despite booking from different sources. The bathroom was well-laid out, and the shower had superb water pressure. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was right next to the pier for the Fjord Safari, and there was a beautiful garden and kids play area in front of the hotel. the hotel facilities and the staff's excellent service made our stay truly memorable.
