The room was clean and comfortable, with nice beds. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed the nearby Wings restaurant.

The WiFi , and the cell coverage in our room was also not great. However, since we didn't stay long, it wasn't a major issue for us.

The prices are affordable, especially considering the comfortable and spacious rooms. The attention to detail in keeping the rooms clean and well-maintained is impressive. The location of this hotel couldn't have been more perfect for our needs. It was conveniently close to restaurants and the venue we attended, as well as being very convenient to the highway.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the middle of our road trip. the complementary breakfast was great and had plenty of options to choose from. the hotel was located in a convenient spot that made it easy for us to get back on the road quickly. the staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions about the area.

Our departure was hindered by a staff member who was not very accommodating. We had seen a discount in a booklet and asked if we could apply it to our nearly $160 bill.

I had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn in Richfield. The room was comfortable and had a nice flat-screen TV. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent for relaxation. The staff, especially Zack at the front desk, were friendly and professional.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety or options.
