We stayed at The Glasshouse for one night to celebrate a birthday, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the city center. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Jonathan, who escorted us to our room, even took the time to show us the outdoor area and share photography tips for capturing the best shots of Edinburgh. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great view. The hotel's hidden rooftop garden was a fantastic surprise. We couldn't fault our stay from start to finish.

I had a fantastic stay at The Glasshouse, Autograph Collection. The location of the hotel was perfect for the show we were attending at the neighboring Playhouse. I also reached out to the hotel to inform them about our silver wedding anniversary, and they surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco in our room upon check-in. The accommodation and the view from our room were truly amazing. The customer service we received was outstanding, and we were impressed by the attention to detail in the room, including a coffee machine. Additionally, we had free access to the gym, swimming pool, steam room, and jacuzzi at the adjacent Virgin Active facility. I highly recommend this hotel.

I would like to mention that the bartender in the snug did not meet our expectations. Nonetheless, this minor setback did not overshadow our enjoyable experience at The Glasshouse, Autograph Collection.

Outstanding! Having had many great visits to the wonderful city, this weekend was made extra special thanks to our stay. the check, in was a pleasure, we were met by a very friendly front of house who kindly took us up to our room whilst informing us on the history and amenities of the building which was a pleasant start! Our room was sophisticated and spacious with an enormous balcony that had panoramic views. Even though we were in the middle of the city, the sound insulation did a sterling job of keeping out any noise, coupled with a very comfy bed made for a great night's sleep. the breakfast in the dining room with floor to roof windows looking out was amazing. the self, service area had plenty of offerings from fresh smoked salmon, ham's, artisan cheeses, and various cereals. the Full Scottish breakfast was very tasty with Stornoway black pudding. the staff were attentive and professional, and the hotel had a warm and friendly atmosphere. All staff worked together cohesively, which didn't go unnoticed. 5 stars all the way. Will definitely return!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions and also close to the tram stop for easy transportation to the airport. The staff were extremely helpful and gave us great advice on things to do and places to eat in the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a cozy bar area and a beautiful garden. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and our room was well-decorated, comfortable, and spotless. The breakfast was delicious, and the cafe latte was a standout.

The rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient for exploring the city. We would definitely recommend The Glasshouse for a special visit.

The room was incredibly spacious, modern, and clean with a fantastic bathroom featuring underfloor heating. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The breakfast at the hotel was top class and the staff were friendly and helpful. a stylish and luxurious stay.
