This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is superb, right on the waterfront and providing beautiful views of the sea. It is conveniently situated by Light train 1, making it easily accessible from the airport. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms offer basic amenities with a nice view, although storage space is limited. The breakfast served, although there are fake scrambled eggs, is satisfying with a good selection of quality food items.

We loved the beautiful waterfront setting, just a quick walk or tram ride into town. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a relaxed and fun atmosphere. The accommodation was quirky, comfortable, and clean. The breakfasts were fab and everything was great!

Had an amazing time during Christmas, the hotel offered complimentary baggage storage which was very convenient. the self-service taxi system was efficient, and we were able to get around the city easily. the hotel was located close to our destination and had a calm environment. Breakfast had great amenities too.

The hotel was located quite far from the main spots in the city which meant that we had to do a lot of walking. This became a major inconvenience especially when it rained and we had to carry our bags.

The hotel was wonderful - friendly staff, very nicely decorated and clean. The room had blackout shades, which was a must-have in Norway summer. It took me about 20 minutes to walk down to the harbor, but it was a scenic walk and I enjoyed stopping at cafes, shops, etc along the way. Would absolutely stay again. Parking was very easy once the staff explained how to access it.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed on the spot that it was not possible to pay in cash, only by card. This was not mentioned beforehand and the reception staff were unfriendly and demanded an additional payment for a deposit.
